We’ll ask some questions to learn more about you, your property, and your situation. We want to make sure that we’re a good fit for you, and that we’ll be able to help you out.

We may also schedule a time to come out and see your property so we can do a quick walk-through inspection to get a more accurate offer number.  Including answering any questions you may have about the process.

Usually, price is determined by a number of factors, including:

• The current real estate market in your area (for example, what homes in the same condition as yours are selling for).

• The current condition of your home.

• The amount of work needed on the property to be done.

• And locating a number that is a win/win.

If you have any questions about our pricing, feel free to ask us to break down our numbers or elaborate on anything you want more information on.  We pride ourselves on being truthful and transparent.

We pay you after we close on your home, so it really depends on your timeline and how quickly we close. If you need more time to get things together and want to delay the process a bit, no problem we want to work with you and close when you are ready.

If you need the process to move more quickly, we can revise things in order to meet your timeline.

The advantages we offer are that we can usually close more quickly than a realtor can, we want to buy your house as-is (so you don’t have to make repairs to it), you won’t have to keep it clean and keep making payments while you show it to prospective buyers.  No sign in your yard, lock box or open houses to deal with.
